A community rooted in something deeper.

Yameen ATX is a home for young Muslim professionals in Austin — built around prophetic principles, lived in real friendship, and aimed at a generation that wants its faith to feel close again.

Our Story

From coffee shops to a community.

Yameen started in 2023 out of coffee shops and parks — a handful of young Muslims meeting up, looking for a space that felt grounded and unpressured. Our first event drew one attendee. Since then, it's grown into gatherings of 40–50 regulars, a WhatsApp community of 600+ young Muslims, and a network of programs, halaqahs, and service projects across Austin — all anchored by the same idea: that faith feels different when it's lived together. The name stuck as the mission took shape: Young Austin Muslims, empowered, enriched, and nurtured.
